Guy Fieri ER35 Midnight Chef Knife, 8-Inch

This is my first purchase of a "nice" knife and I have been using this knife daily since i got it and it is doing great. Edges are still sharp after a couple weeks of use we will see how it holds up. The price is also good for us entry level cooks. It feels great not too heavy, solid feel, smooth handle and seems well balanced. Great large knife for multiple uses.

It has a "cool" look but not to crazy like its brother which is red and blue.

This Knife is a pain, The handle is to thin and really hard to grip. It's also really slick so when your hands are wet it is even harder to grip, the handle is also at to much of an angle making it not right. The blade gets rust spots on it "A lot" you must keep it extremely clean and away from any moisture.

I cleaned and dried mined before putting it back in the blade guard, the bald guard had a little moisture in it and the next morning it was rusted. it is however a very sharp Knife, easy tho hone. Just dont cut anything real hard or press done hard on the cutting board to get through anything it will dull fast.

Great knife at a great price! I'm ridiculously happy with these knives! Fieri may be a hot dog, but he's a smart hot dog. I like it like that! Yeah!
