Edgeware Diamond Edge 3-Stage Electric Knife Sharpener

I got this for my dad for his birthday, he is a great cook and knowledgeable in the kitchen. He said he sharpened all his knives with it and it works great. Arrived on time and in great condition. Thanks amazon!

This sharpener looks like a refurbished item in that the paint is a bit mottled but the sharpener performs very well with high quality knives. The high quality knives that I tried sharpened quickly while the lower quality knives took longer to achieve similar results. The sharpener does leave a legacy on blades that may disturb some owners of high-end knives. In order to remove all burrs the manual extra fine hone seems to do a respectable job. Final analysis: store it in the cabinet, it's not good looking.

When I find out how to use it I am sure it wull be goo, but disappointed it did not come with an adaptor as it had an USA plug attached
