KitchenAid Food Grinder Attachment Blade

This blade (knife) is designed for the KitchenAid FGA plastic grinder and will not work with the all metal FG unit.

My wife bought me one of these when my original got too dull. The original would get the membranes wrapped around the blade instead of cutting them off, then nothing would grind until I cleaned it. Same thing happened with this brand new one, but not the one we ended up buying from Kitchenaid. Spend the extra money for a good one.

It certainly does not meet the quality of the original Kitchenaid product. I really have my doubts if it will hold up very long. I believe I am generous in awarding it two stars.

This blade is a perfect fit for the grinder I ordered separately. I haven't used it yet, but I got it as a spare. The price was great!
