This is the first new flatware service I've bought in 25 years. I wanted something heavy, durable, beautiful and fun....this service fulfills all my wishes! My research proved the necessity of an 18/10 rating on the stainless ... indicating the nickel content...which predicts how well the flatware will endure over time. The individual pieces are a substantial weight, the nautical theme delights both me and my husband, a retired Navy veteran, and the finish is gorgeous. Excellent price, (I purchased two sets), and delivery was fast. Couldn't be happier with this purchase!
