Messermeister 2-1/2-Inch Bird's Beak Parer with Matching Sheath

I use my expensive Messermeister Bird's Beak Parer in my kitchen everyday and wanted a second one for my "Travel Kitchen Bag". So I purchased this one and it's perfect. The weight of the handle is not the same, but nor is the price. If you want a great knife at a low cost, choose this model. But if you want a workhorse, buy the more expensive model!
