Hampton Forge Tomodachi 7-Inch Santoku Knife, Green

This has the best cutting edge I've found in a long time. It sliced tomatoes, squash, steak, etc like it was nothing. I have never been able to get a knife to cut a tomato this cleanly before in thin perfect slices. I highly recommend these if you do a lot of your own food prep.

Edit** That was then, this is now...dulled surprisingly quickly. I am definitely disappointed since I liked it so much when I was first given it.

This is a very sharp and very cool knife, it was given to me as a gift and is sharp as a razor blade. Because of the Ergonomic contoured handle it works great for chopping vegetables, it has a non-stick coated stainless steel blade, it is dishwasher safe, although I do it by hand. I specially like the matching Sheath to help keep blade sharp and away from your fingers. The handle is easy to grab and feels very comfortable in my hand. I am glad I got it! ...Thank You D.D.

I love this knife. it is made very strong, works great and comes with a sleeve to carry it in. The only problem that I had, was that it did not come sharpened. Once sharpened, it worked great. I would recommend this knife for any cook.....!!

I was first drawn to this item because of the color. After I tried it for the first time it became my favorite knife! It slices through vegetables such as onions, carrots, and hard root vegetables like they are nothing.

This knife is worth twice the price I highly recommend you purchase it!

I was drawn to the color when I first saw this knife and bought it as a novelty for my kitchen, but after I used it I was surprised how well it worked for the price I paid for it. The knife guard is a nice add too. It cuts tomatoes, onions and other veggies nicely. I use it on a daily basis and would recommend this knife.
