Dachshund Shaped Hot Dog Cutter: Kids Food Slicing Device (Set of 2)

I never would have been able to figure out how to slice a hotdog without this amazing device. People told me, "Just use a knife". How do I do that? I mean, the hot dog is so slippery and I am so clumsy that I would probably cut my finger off or something. Besides, I could never get such even slices with a lousy knife. What were those people thinking telling me to use a knife?!

I love this!!! It is all plastic so it is safe for little fingers and while it probably is only going to cut hot dogs (no carrots or anything) it is totally worth it! I bought one for my son when I saw it in a store and just ordered two more for my niece and nephew! Cuts the hot dog into the perfect bite size for little ones and makes eating more fun!

When I first saw the HOT DOG Slicer, it was when I was back east, and I was sorry I didn't buy one. My great grand daughter loves hot dogs, and will eat them for every meal if she can. This is the most wonderful invention I have ever seen! I had all but given up eating sliced hot dogs with ketchup because it's just such a difficult process to prepare them. All the hours of slicing left my fingers aching and then to have to find the perfect sized bowl for the ketchup to dip it in. Sheesh! By the time the food was ready, I was exhausted and couldn't eat. This has made my life worth living again!!
