Kyocera Revolution Series Utility Knife Peeler Set - 4.25 Inch

I found this knive to be the perfect size for slicing vegatables. Much better than steel. Easy to clean. Worth the price!

This knife is one of three Kyocera ceramic knives I purchased to make a set. They are three different sizes (this is the smallest.) They are all great. A word of caution: concentrate on what you are doing when using ceramic knives -they are very sharp.

The peeler is not very good. I have a pair of Oxo peelers, which are a much better purchase.
