Dexter Russell V-Lo (29273) 7" Duo-Edge Santoku Knife

I have been looking for a good, reasonably priced carbon steel (non-stainless) filet knife for a long time. This is a great knife. I had it field tested by a friend of mine who has filleted thousands of fish and he rated the knife as "top-notch". I also have skinned my share of fish and also rate the knife as excellent. The knife performs as advertized and has all the advantages of carbon steel over stainless. I would highly recommend this knife to anyone.

Great knife. My wife has arthritus and the handle is ea sy for her to hold, and.the edge glides through meats and poultry with ease. Be very careful, these knives are exremely sharp. Great buy!
