CAT CORA by Starfrit 8-Inch Chef Knife

Very sharp and easy to handle. The extreme roundness of the point does a good job to roll into the cut. For the money it's good. Too bad it is made in China instead of the US. A couple of swipes through a handheld sharpener and than 10 swipes on a HONING steel, keeps this knife sharp. Keep from denting the edge, blade is thin but great for cutting through. China does use German made steel/stainlass steel for this knife.

Got one of these cause there are no review and

wanted to try something new. Well first off the blade is very sharp

which is a plus for me since non stop cutting/ bulk cutting is required with every knife i use.

Grip is perfect for my big hands, and i love the way it feels with the perfect balance.

Then i was turned off when i first started cutting cause the blade is very flimsy. Mostly at the tip of the knife. All in all enjoyed having and may just use at home but

I will be going back to buy victorinox.
