This knife is without a doubt the best knife I have ever handled. It cuts great and there is a good balance when you hold it in your hand. I would definitely purchase more of this brand.

This knife has never failed yet. It gets dull over time, but, it doesn't happen for awhile. I recommend not to slice meat with this knife as it isn't design for it and will wear out quicker.

I use it for slicing my vegetables and just that only. The blade is so sharp and I like the way the handle feels in your hand. Surgical steel, straight edge blade, and keep in mind buy this once and if anything happens to the knife. Do contact their customer service and they'll set you up to send in your knife to get a replacement if it does break on you for any reason.

My whole family loves this knife and will be passed on from generation to generation.

I really liked this knife . . . until the steel blade cracked inside the handle. This is the first time such a thing has happened to me with ANY knife. I would think such a high-priced knife would be better manufactured.
