Okay, no one NEEDS a set of four cheese knives, but if you want some that are more about function than appearance, this is the set for you. Don't get me wrong, they don't look awful or anything, but they're black rubber and stainless steel for functional use. There are also very elegant polished stainless cheese knives out there, but those are much more decorative items. So, if you're actually going to use the cheese knives, these are good ones. The handles are comfortable with a good grip, and the blades are moderately sharp out of the box. Decent price too for the set.
