I bought all four of these Dexter knives and am very happy with the easy, non-slip grip and sharp edge. They are a pleasure to use especially if you have pain or strength issues.

I purchased this knife due to arthritis pain in my hands and it has turned out to be my all time favorite cutting utensil. It is wonderful. Very sharp, ergonomic and easy on the wrist. The price is a little high but it is well worth it.
