Browne Foodservice 150510 Stainless Steel Bakers Solid Icing Spatula with Wood Handle, 14-1/2-Inch

I make my own cheese from goat's milk, and this icing spatula works to "cut the curds". If I ever make a large cake this spatula would do the trick also.
