ONLY silvermark don't accept substitutes! I used to have a traditional knife block. These are incredibly better, lighter, and no need for a huge knife block taking up space on the counter. Just be careful they are VERY sharp. We have big ones like this, and small paring knives, and love them all.

these are great. they cut cakes, pies, brownies, cheese, french bread, cooked and uncooked meat. nothing sticks to them and they work great
