Love my kitchen knives from Victorinoxhave had them for 20 years. Love them for thinness and lightness and sharpness, of course. this one is almost too big,thick and heavy. Kept it for special jobs when I need a long strong knife, but overall it is marginally comfortable yo use. Maybe in a man's hand it is working better
