Kai USA AB5072 Pure Komachi 2 Chef's Knife, 6-Inch

We really cook a lot and when we moved into our new apartment we bought several knives of this brand. We were not expecting much for the price and were very much surprised at the quality of these knives. They are very stable and really sharp. We have been using thema every day now for several weeks and can not finde anything negative to say about them. I really like the bright colors, too. Especially if you get several different knives of this brand it adds some color to the kitchen!

Update: After 4 months of heavy use, all our knives of this brand are still doing great.

glad there is a plastic sheath that comes with this item, cant wait to see how it holds up, will update this review in a few months after dragging this knife thru the daily grind. mostly purchased for cutting meat and veggies.

I like this Chef's knife. I have never had a chef's knife so am learning how to chop the proper way with this knife. It is just the right size for me at 6". I like it.

Again, My mom loves this. I got a few so I do not have to sharpen over and over. I can never get a knife as sharp as the factory.

The knife handle is too small. It is uncomfortable when using. I did like the color, as well as the sharpness of the blade.
