I got one of these knives as a gift 15 years ago. Was thrilled when I found them one line. I liked them so much I got some for my son who is a chef, and always trying to get mine! They fit my hands so well I can use them longer than any other knife I have ever tried. Still sharp after 15 years. Was glad to get some spares just in case.

Have used these same knives in our Deli, easy to clean, always hold an edge and last for years. These knives are a bargin, wouldn't use any other.

I use knives every day at work, extensively,

in supermarket delis throughout the greater

New York area. I have had access to a variety

of knives but like to purchase and carry my own

for safety and convenience. After my first use

It is durable, the perfect size and shape, sharpens

beautifully and cuts nearly anything I need cut

from aged Italian cheese rinds, to cardboard, to

plastic.

These knives are so good they "disappear" on me

regularly. But luckily they are so reasonably

priced I can buy a few at a time. I hate to work

without them, even at home.
