Messermeister Culinary Instruments 6-Inch Cheese and Tomato Knife

This was a gift to my daughter in-law and she loves it! Very pleased with the knife and uses it all the time!

My mother had a knife like this that worked amazing, which is why I bought it. This knife however just does not work. It is so dull it squashes tomatoes before cutting them.

I recommend the Messermeister 6-inch Cheese and Tomato Knife. It is sharp and has a comfortable handle. It slices vegetables with ease... makes quick work of slicing hard cheeses. The cut-out design in the blade releases food readily. I do not recommend this knife for soft cheeses because of the cut-out design.
