I ordered and received the Vitamix 5200 Ultimate Package that was to include a 7" Santoku knife. I paid extra for this package which included extras such as cookbooks and DVD. The knife, however, was never received. I tried to contact the seller and was told that the seller is no longer with Amazon.com. As a result, I am less inclined to purchase any other products from Amazon.com sellers.
