Rada Cutlery Utility Steak Knife, Made in USA (Pack of 2)

Lightweight, flexible and very sharp, these knives are excellent for cutting paper-thin slices of tomatoes and cucumbers. They hesitate a bit at celery and actually bend if you try to cut a carrot slice or two. Steak? I don't think so. The blades are simply too bendy and the knife itself too light. If they were billed as tomato knives I'd give them more stars. They feel good in the hand and after two weeks of use they are almost as sharp as new (I wash them by hand and keep them in the nice cardboard holders they came with). I like them very much as lightweight general-purpose knives. But I'm still in the market for good, sturdy steak knives.

These knives are sharp. I have both the serrated and non serrated steak knives. They are the best value of cheap, quality steak knives I have found. The only reason it did not receive 5 stars is I wish the handles were a little bit bigger. Even with my small hands, my pinky finger is right on the edge. The handle could also be a little thicker for more comfort. Overall, I love them and they are dishwasher safe. A word of advise: It's cheaper to buy 3 packs of 2 rather than the six pack.
