This knife is very sharp and of very good quality. If you like Nova Lox or just plain lox and make it yourself or buy it whole than you must have this knife or one similar. It is priced high but you get what you pay for... Hope this review helps.

This knife is the best. I make homemade lox on a regular basis. This knife works so well, you can cut the lox so thin, its almost transparent. I highly recommend this knife.
