F. Dick - 9" Frozen Food Knife

This was my first time using a frozen food knife. There were some unexpected difficulties to cutting chicken while frozen; it's difficult to secure the chicken while cutting, it's difficult to hand-wash the blade because it's a double-edged serrated knife, and while cutting with the saw-edge of this blade, little pieces of ice and maybe chicken tend to fly off.

The knife itself is bendable but very sturdy. The plastic handle doesn't move at all and should last as long as the blade itself. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that it might have been better if the blade were thicker and not bendable at all. Sometimes while using the saw-edge, the blade wobbles and starts digging a new groove, and that might not happen with a stiffer blade.
