Wusthof Classic 2-Piece Carving Set

I purchased this for my sister for Christmas and she loves it. We have been purchasing one or two Wusthoff knives at a time for her. She loves to cook, and is a very good cook and swears by this brand. I got the knives in a very timely manner.

Excellent. There's not a lot more to say. Great weight, extremely sharp, feels good in the hand, and easy to use. I've purchased 5 other Wusthof knives and they are all excellent. Before you buy them from Amazon (great prices) go to a store that sells them and handle them. The biggest issues will be your personal preferences on blade length and handle style. Warning.....these are very sharp. If you cut yourself you won't feel it, there will just be blood on the cutting board. Just sayin...
