These spatulas are GREAT! They are especially great for using with cast iron skillets. They are sturdy and made of stainless steel so I can put them in the dishwasher. They are tough enough to use as turners for stuck on foods but yet gentle enough for mixing delicate items too. I think that every cook that uses cast iron skillets should have one of these.

I make caramels and it is very difficult to get them out of the 8x8 pan to cut. This angled spatula is just the right size and has just enough flexibility to "scoop" the strips of caramel out.

We call this THE spatula at our house. My mom used one and when I got married 33 yrs ago she gave me one. Now I always have at least 2, one in the dishwasher and one in the drawer! I use it as a turner for eggs, or whatever I'm frying, a server for cakes, pies and browies, a "whisk" for batters or eggs and whatever else it works with. I have given away as many as I have bought. I just ordered 6 more, for myself and my daughter! It's indestructable and essential to my kitchen!

I recently switched all my utensils and things in my kitchen to products that were made in the USA. I found Rada cutlery after doing a search on Amazon for kitchen utensils made in the USA. These are great quality, and I am very pleased that I made the purchase. All my cooking utensils are now Rada cutlery and I ditched all the Kitchen Aid ones.
