Oneida Fluence 5-Piece Place Setting

I admit, I originally bought these because I thought they really looked cool. Pretty lame reason for a 40 something year old. But the truth is, the quality is fantastic, the weight is just right, and the design lends itself to an ease of use that wasn't expected. The spoons work great, and hold a lot, while still being narrow, which makes them easier to eat with. The forks work this way also, as they have a curve to them. The knives work well, and have a nice balance to them. The finish was beautiful, and highly polished, which is hard to tell from the pictures. If you have to find a fault, it's that there is not a lot of difference in size between the various spoons and forks. Hardly a problem, though.

This is the most gorgeous and chic flatware I have ever seen. So much more beautiful in your hand than here. Weight is perfect, the spoons are so easy to use for soup. Heavy-weight knives. I started with service for 4 and just bought 2 more settings. I have the serving pieces and they are just as beautiful. Worth the $$, you will have forever.
