Dexas Jelli Board, Royal Blue

I have been using Jelli cutting boards for many years. They work well and are very long lasting. Just ordered two new ones so I could have different colors to dedicate to meat and non-stinky uses (i.e., I now have a board on which I can cut fruit and other delicate items, because it doesn't have an odor of garlic and onions).

I was somewhat disappointed when they arrived, as these two are significantly thinner than my old standby Jelli.

I read about these after purchasing a set of very expensive knives. They are not suppose to dull your knives like hard plastic or other cutting boards. We use a wood board most of the time but for raw meat or onions and garlic I love grabbing this board. It is easy to clean and has held up great.

This is a useful size cutting board to have on hand, and if I need to ask my husband to hand it to me, it's easily identified, and easy to pass from hand to hand. I like being able to put it in the dishwasher, as I know it's totally clean for the next use.

I just bought 2 cutting boards and this one is superior to the Architec. I dont see cut marks like there are on the Architec and it is nice and light but hard I do recommend this one.

I bought this for my husband who loves to cook to replace one that he has had for a long time. He loves this cutting board. It did get the scratches from the knife as soon as we used it though. I guess I have to expect that from a Jelli board.
