When I got this knife, the first thing that I thought was "Why is this thing so small"? Indeed, it is really small for a chef's knife but nevertheless it is pretty dang sharp. I have only used it a few times, but It seems pretty sharp. The one star off I deducted was because this knife chips too easily!! The second day that I used it, my little bro dropped it to the ground and a chunk of the tip chipped off!! (kind of exaggerating but its kind of a big deal) Also, you cant hone it at all or sharpen it unless you live in France ( i don't) so that's a bummer. It wasnt completely disappointing though.Save 30% Off
