Anolon Advanced Bronze Collection Santoprene Cutlery 4-Piece Steak Set, Bronze

I love my Anolon knives, I bought to replace a missing knife in my cutting block set. The rubber on the handles is cheap and of low quality. My old knives had black plastic handles they look and feel much better. The knives do hold a great edge, my only disappointment was the handles.
