As a Theatrical Technician a sharp knife is SOOOO essential to my job.

I had a number of knives I have been meaning to sharpen for a while.

At the super cheap price of this product I had my hesitations, but decided to give it a go.

With just a few quick swipes, this sharpener made all of my knives sharp enough to slice paper.

It has a nice guard so it is impossible to slice your hand or fingers.

I will probably be purchasing a 2nd one to keep in my tool box.

I have not tried the scissor sharpener but I imagine it works just as well as the knife.

There used to be a service to sharpen scissors and knives; this has gone the way of the Princess telephone, so this tool was invented. It works very well and is a great substitute for the old fashioned knife sharpener.
