We purchased a whole set of the new Profection knives and have been very pleased with them. They feel very good in the hand and keep their edge really well. They do seem to stain easier than our older Henckel set, which I was a bit surprised by, but most of the marks come off fairly easily and as my husband keeps reminding me, 'they are knives..who cares!' They are very sharp, so be careful!
