Ulu PLAIN HANDLE knife

I received the Ulu Knife as a gift from someone that traveled to Ketchikan, Alaska. Initially I stored it away as a novelty. Yet when I decided to use it I was amazed with its versatility; chopping vegetables, thinly sliced meats. The handle grips well for dicing. As with any other knife it should be handled and stored carefully. A great show-off at parties... I recommend it for all gourmet delights.
