The Ulu knife was a replacement for one purchased in Alaska over 15 years ago. Hope it is of the same quality and will produce many years of usage.

Nice handle and cutting motion. Actually the product holder is very appealing and looks good on counter top. I plan on buying several more to give as gifts in the coming year. Actually plan to go to the Ulu factory in Alaska but their prices r much higher on site than through Amazon.
