Very sharp, nice featured intereting price,I have several japanese knives, such as Shun by Kai (including Tim Malzer special edition), Moritaka, Misono, and Miyabi this couple by Mcusta are, like the fist one, a very high class product, I suggest them to everybody need a special item in ther kitchen, profesional use ore not they are really special.
