Calphalon LX Series Cutlery 3.5" Parer

I already had and loved this same knife until I dropped it into my running garbage disposal. Since it was part of a set of these knives I was bummed, I was glad to find this replacement. Stays sharp with just minimal maintenance. I ways hand wash.

This series of knives are really good. After 10-20 trips through the dishwasher the handle still looks new. good value

I love this Calphalon set. I actually use the paring knife a lot, possibly for tasks that I shouldn't! It's sharp and very easy to handle.

Love these knives but Amazon's price is way too high. Returned the Amazon orders because I founf the set at Marshals for half the price so I was able to buy two sets for the price of one.
