These are the best knives of any kind I have boughten. They are very sharp (be careful) and cut everything so easy. The black handles are so nice because I can put them in the dishwasher and they do not discolor like the all silver ones do. They are also very easy to sharpen. I recommend these knives to anyone who likes a sharp knife.

This set of Rada Cutlery was a Christmas gift from my husband. The knives are very sharp, so be careful! These knives are of very high quality, yet they aren't very expensive. I absolutely loved my set of knives, They are extremely sharp and retain that same sharpness cut after cut after use....... the only problem I have seen with them is you CAN NOT toss them into the dishwasher along with everything else, you have to be extremely careful and handwash these kn ves or they will turn a blackish dirty color. In order to retain the nice stainless color and shine you have to use a brillo pad if you mistakenly wash in the dishwasher, other then that these are the best knives ever even for the price! I would definitely recommend them for personal use or as a gift!!

My entire life I've never heard my mother rave about cutlery like she does with Rada. She's used this brand for as long as I can remember and I got her both this set and the Paring knife set for Christmas and she loves them.

I'm personally more of a baker and don't find myself using knives as often as she does but you can tell they're far better than 95% of the ones you buy at any other store out there. They feel like they're professional quality without the price tag and I'd recommend them to anyone (though I personally prefer the black handles, the aluminum ones feel strange to me!!)
