Victorinox Swiss Classic 3-Piece Chef's Set

We discovered these knives through a search on the cooks illustrated site. They are a great product and at this price a very surprising value.

They feel sturdy in the hand and I like the plastic handles and their ability to go into the dishwasher and looking great after, unlike our wood handled knives.

We will be replacing our current kitchen knives with more of these.

Purchased and really enjoy this chef's set, it is excellent quality, can't go wrong on the price. Cuts beautifully, easy clean up. You can't ask for more. This set does it all, no need to purchase any other chef knives, you have it all in this purchase.

The handles are a little narrow for the heft of the blades but overall this is a wonderful set. My company services a number of restaurants in New Orleans and we see Victorinox knives used a lot.
