Best knife I ever used! It's heavy enough so you don't have to apply a lot of pressure, but it's beautifully balanced so you don't feel the weight of it while working. And it's so sharp that I drew blood without even noticing, accidentally nicking my hand when I was getting used to handling it. Now, THAT's a sharp knife!

One advantage of the shape of this blade is that there is plenty of clearance so you don't mangle your knuckles against the counter or cutting board. I'd recommend this to anyone who cooks on a daily basis. It's absolutely worth the price, and then some!
