Mercer Cutlery Genesis 6" Forged Carving Fork, Steel/Black

I have been looking for a meat fork this size for a long time. It is easy to handle and substantial weight without having tines that were ridiculously long. A good buy.

I read the review of carving forks in cooks illustrated which annointed this fork the winner. They were spot on. The curved prongs are superior to the straight variety. Highly recommended, excellent value.
