Perhaps the Boker Australian 5 inch Steak Knife would have been a better option for me. These little four inch Bokers are pretty much a small paring knife size. The POM handles are really sized for a petite person or a child around 10 to 12 years old. The handles are too small for me to enjoy using, and they may end up as bar/citrus knife, paring, or utility knife ... Quality is good/OK. I decided to round the spines a bit with some 600 grit sandpaper as they were too sharp edged for me. The POM handle workmanship is great and rivets look nice, but I was expecting a larger size. I did have to hone them up with a ceramic rod they were nice and sharp after that. This seller shipped fast, no complaints with them. And after using after honing w/ a fine 1200 grit ceramic hone, it slices through skis-kabob sirloin like warm butter; I just wish it had a larger handle...Save 9% Off
