I love this handy sharpener but after awhile I find that one of the sharpening sides breaks inward so be sure an order a couple to have a back up.

This item is not the one pictured. The one sent is a cheap plastic thing that you hold in your hand. I am very disappointed and now know why it was so cheap. I had hoped to get the kind that rolls on the counter as the knife is sharpened. This one cannot be used for serrated knives.

My mom used to have one of the sharpeners that you rolled along the counter, as pictured for this product. Now that I have knives worth keeping sharp, I thought I'd order us both one. The type of sharpener that this actually is is the very type that my mother already has and hates. I know it was cheap, but still, I'm out $4 and I still don't have the sharpener that I want.
