I bought quite a few of J A Henckels knives and I love them. 6" is perfect. I noticed that there is a problem with J A Henckel knife lately which is getting me more and more attention. Other consumers have to pay attention, too. I read about the same complaint from other consumers. The spine of the knife is not polished good, therefore, it can cut your finger if you get used to put your index finger on top of the spine to help cutting. I got cut by it again. My first cut was about a year ago. I don't understand why it is not under their quality control and product inspection.Save 21% Off
