One local Korean Lady that has a Kim Che both close to my knives has started bringing friends and family members to buy just this knife. She loves this knife and it has become her go to knife. I personally love sharpening this blade. Takes a great edge and holds it well even in professional settings. The package is easy to open unlike many packaged knives.
