Wusthof Knife Block, Walnut Finish

We were looking for a new wood storage bock to fit the decor of our kitchen. Almost all of them are light to medium color. This one is a beautiful rich looking walnut with nicely sized slots. All the knives fit perfectly other than a very large Japanese knife. But the Wusthof large Chef's knife fit with no problems. It holds 6 steak knives. It's the prettiest of the Storage Blocks we've seen.

This item was exactly as represented. It is good to note that this Block will

accommodate both 8" and 10" Classic Wide Cook's Knives in the same Block.

This block sits beautifully on my countertop. The thing I love about it is that the color matches my dark wood cabinets. The walnut block I received was darker than the one in the photo.
