Mundial 5617-14 14-Inch Cimeter Knife, Black

I have not yet had the chance to use this knife for the end-product butchering it is intended for. I have handled it and it appears to be well-balanced. the steel was spotless, no pitting or rust stains. The handle fit well in my hand. The edge appears to be ready out of the box. I am looking forward to the first pork or beef loin that I turn into steaks or chops. This will also be handy when I am processing my first deer. I'm happy with my purchase.

This is a monster. Servicable quality. For the price, it's a bargain. Not the most used knife in my arsenal but when that extra size is required this is the go to knife. Great knife but probably too large for average use and user.
