This is a really well made knife and the feel of the grip is very nice as well. It's got a firm blade and sharp out f the box. I highly recommend this item for your De-boning needs.

I'm very happy with this knife. I had never used a stiff boning knife before, nor a straight one, so this is two firsts for me, a butcher and a cook. I am very happy. This is my go-to knife now for deboning fowl and peeling large cuts of beef, as well as separating ribs on pork loins and prime rib. Thank you, Mundial for a great product. This blade holds an edge, even under the weight of deboning 4 cases of chickens. Even after that, a couple of swipes on the steel and I'm back in business. I have yet to use a stone on this knife and I've had it for a couple of months now.
