Kuhn Rikon Original Mini Prep Knife Colori 3-Inch Blade

Used the knife first time yesterday to cut my onions and loved the feel of the knife on the hand and it was a breeze compared to the prepology knife I bought on QVC. Very sharp and could feel the crisp cut as it sliced through the onions. Keeper.

Bought this for my sister. She liked it so much that she bought a set. Also bought one for my Mom. She mentioned loving to use this for slicing block cheese.

This is an adorable knife. It doesn't feel quite as nice in my hand as others but I love it anyway. The small blade makes it nice for cutting smaller items (garlic, shallots, gingerroot) but not so much for larger veg (not that I expect it to, I just feel like it should be said). I have a similar pale pink knife and water has gotten into the handle so it's starting to rust and get "gunky." Also, the color is coming off of the blade edges. I assume the same will happen with this one as well but, again, I expect as much and I don't have a knife display in my kitchen so it bothers me not.

This little knife its awesome! Its so sharp and looks so nice I totally love it!. I use it to cut cheese and small veggies and fruits and it has done the job perfectly! Im so happy with it that I want another one!! :D
