I love this knife. I already had a couple of other victorinox and victorinox Forschener knives so I knew the quality. This knife cuts through bread, sandwiches, tomatoes etc with great ease. You can tell its very solidly made. After all its forged and has a full tang. I am a big fan of the P.O.M. handles.Honestly I am not sure how I got along without this knife before. Its now an indispensable part of my kitchen!
