Rosle Oyster Knife 7-in.

This is an excellent knife for opening oysters. I loved it so much I bought another for my holiday home. The larger Rosle "oyster" knife is really best for clams. This knife is very strong with a point sharp enough to get directly into the hinge and pop it open quickly. The handle is also large enough for my husbands very large hands and does not slip.
