1) Knife not exactly the one shown in the photo!
2) Very Cheap China quality!.
3) Blade it's too thin and soft.
4) The sharp edge must be sharpened very often!
5) Zwilling or Whustof, even if you're a beginner...or if you can't afford these, Hanckel International Classic are Ok.They are much more robust and durable knifes.
